1. Orders

All products are handcrafted and made to order unless otherwise stated. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as all sales are considered final.

 

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not begin production until payment has been successfully received.

 

4. Local Pickup

Onsemiro currently offers **local pickup only**. Pickup locations include:

• Elk Grove, IL

• Naperville, IL

• Wheaton, IL

• Rosemont, IL

Please allow a minimum of **48 hours** for production. Pickup is generally available **once per week**, and customers will receive pickup instructions once their order is ready.

 

5. Shipping

Shipping is **not currently available** but is expected to be offered in the future.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, **all sales are final**.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided if:

• You received the wrong item.

• Your order was damaged due to our error.

• here was a fulfillment mistake on our part.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving or picking up your order.

 

7. Product Care

Terrariums are living creations and require proper care. Onsemiro is not responsible for damage or plant loss resulting from improper care, neglect, accidents, environmental conditions, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, branding, product descriptions, graphics, and designs, is the property of Onsemiro and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
